Individual Counseling
Each of us are on a life path. Your journey may have taken you through disappointment, grief, trauma, abuse or shame. You may have experienced anxiety, depression, confusion, regret or hopelessness. As you share your story and begin to feel heard and understood, you will find strength in who you are and hope for the future. Individual therapy will help you get in touch with your feelings, moods, thoughts and behaviors. It takes courage to reach out for help and support during this season of your life.
